A couple days ago I headed back to Space 15 Twenty for another night of the Rookie Road Trip. This time Tavi did a Live Q&A with Mindy Kaling. Mindy is an American actress, comedian, writer, producer...and pretty much my idol. She plays Kelly Kapoor on The Office (aka one of the best shows and characters EVER) and is even co-executive producer and writer of several episodes! It's so inspiring seeing such smart, hilarious and talented women succeeding in this industry! She talked about her book Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns) and her upcoming show The Mindy Project. It seems to be something like a basic cable version of HBO’s “Girls"...and I couldn't be more excited!
