If there is one person in the world, I could choose to be, it would probably be Uschi Obermaier. She's the German idol of 1968, a model, groupie, living-life-to-the-fullest kinda girl, hippie... and whatever else. I usually hate German film, but this one y'all ought to watch - the German title is "Das Wilde Leben", the English one "Eight Miles High". It's the most amazing biography I've come across in a long time. There you go!

she's probably pretty unknown by our generation, or at least in other countries apart from germany. even I didn't know of her until the book about her came out! :)
